2. Description of Service

modo is a social application that allows users to check in to locations, collect digital stamps, create a personal exploration passport, and connect with friends.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use modo. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use modo.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on modo. By posting content, you grant us a license to display it within the app and on public passport pages.

5. Location Verification

modo uses location data to verify check-ins. By using the check-in feature, you consent to location verification.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate any laws, impersonate others, harass users, spam, or attempt to circumvent security measures.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may delete your account at any time through settings.
